Introduction 

Welcome to The Avenue Healing Hub, an exciting new health journey is about to unfold for you. This document outlines the terms and conditions for the supply of services (the “Terms”) within the Body Balancing and Energising package (the “Services”), that are expected to be honoured, by both parties that govern the purchase and use of our Services. These Terms are essential for clearly outlining expectations between The Avenue Healing Hub as the service provider and yourself – the customer. It ensures the legal protections for both parties. 

Acceptance of Terms 

You are required to accept these Terms prior to purchasing our Services. Please read these Terms carefully before booking your healing package.

Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

Customers with severe mental health conditions or serious medical conditions should seek professional medical advice before booking.

The Services are currently limited to UK residents only due to legislative requirement regarding data management and storage for health records data. 

Services Provided 

The Avenue Healing Hub is a distance energy health services provider. All treatments undertaken by this provider will be conducted by professionally qualified and experienced practitioners, as a distance based service. Each customer will be assigned a nominated practitioner for the duration of their treatment. Within the Body Balancing and Energising Package, the following Services will be offered to each user: 

• A health diagnosis in accordance with Five Element Acupuncture medical diagnosis, completed within seven days of booking. This will be emailed to you along with a proposed treatment plan, and your individual food guidance review
• A self-assessed monitoring evaluation pre and post service – online completion 
• A nominated practitioner to oversee and lead the treatment package – contact will be made via WhatsApp
• Ten treatments provided over 8 weeks of acupuncture and reiki 
• Individualised food guidance review
• Eight weekly playlists – vibrational health sessions through frequency
• Weekly communications with nominated practitioners monitoring progress. 
• Next steps plan and outcomes review. 

Our Services will be delivered over a ten week period, commencing from the point of your payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of service. All customers will complete the online referral form providing basic details of current health issues. This will be reviewed by the nominated practitioner and with seven days, the customer will have received their Five Element acupuncture diagnosis, and an outline of their treatment plan via email. No confidential information will be shared via email. 

All customer records will be held securely within our Electronic Health Records database in accordance with data protection. 

Customer Responsibilities

Ensuring your participation in this healing journey is a critical part of the success of this medical delivery model. Each week your nominated practitioner will communicate with you to see how you are progressing, therefore it is important to invest time and energy to actively participate in this communication. 

Meditation and relaxation are also fundamental to this service delivery model. Each week you will receive a playlist that contains music that helps to bring a deep level of restoration and relaxation to the body. Ensuring you make time to relax and listen to this music is highly recommended to maximise your healing outcomes. The Avenue Healing Hub requests that you make time for one hour relaxation time per week, as a minimum. The more frequent you can listen to the music, the better your outcomes will be. 

The Avenue Healing Hub recommends tracking your progress and journaling on a weekly basis can also be highly effective and are encouraged for optimal results.

Nominated Practitioner Responsibilities

Every practitioner is suitably qualified and experienced in delivering distance energy medical services. Each practitioner is fully insured, is a member of their Professional Body, and maintains up to date continuous professional development annually. 

All practitioners will be fully trained in The Avenue Healing Hub Quality Assurance Framework, which includes clear operating policies and procedures, supervision and continuous service improvement practices. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times. 

Service Scope 

The treatments provided through acupuncture will be specifically to open channels, simulate energy flow, remove blocks and allow the body to become balanced again. 

The Avenue Healing Hub recognises that this service delivery model does not offer the opportunity for many of the key skills that a face to face service can offer (such as touch, needle work, pulse and visual diagnosis etc.). 

Weekly communications will allow the practitioner to assess whether a customer requires referral on to specialised or direct face to face services. This will be communicated and discussed directly with the customer if required.  

This approach does not involve the use of inserting needles, a practice that is widely known within acupuncture. It therefore will requires the customer to understand that acupuncture can also be undertaken just as effectively and powerfully through energy channelling and intention. 

Fees, Payment and Cancellation Terms 

The fee for this service is £480 payable at the time of booking through the website’s secure payment service. 

The Avenue Healing Hub operates a personalised online health service and in proceeding with your purchase, you request that the service will commence upon completion of an online referral, approval of these Terms and receipt of your payment. 

Your legal right to change your mind. You have 14 days after the date we confirm your order to change your mind about a purchase of our Services, but you lose the right to cancel our Services when they have been completed (and you must pay for any Services provided up to the time you cancel).

If a customer decides that they no longer wish to commence this service. This will only be activated if notified within 14 days of the day of purchase via email to booking@theavenueacupuncture.co.uk, stating when the purchase was made and reasons for wishing to cancel. This request will be reviewed, and if approved, payments will be returned within 14 days of return approval.

Intellectual Property 

The Avenue Healing Hub owns all service delivery intellectual property and does not permit the permission of copying any documentation or resources that have been shared within this package of service. 

All playlists created are also the intellectual property of The Avenue Healing Hub and are solely for the private use of the customer and should not be shared.

Amendments to Terms

The Avenue Healing Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

Agreement

By booking  Body Balancing and Energising treatment package with The Avenue Healing Hub, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
